This 1835 Kentucky farmhouse—nestled beside a PGA Championship golf course—was rich in history and charm but ready for a luxury renovation when the homeowners turned to Bethany Adams Interiors. Tasked with transforming the property into an elegant, guest-ready retreat, BAI executed a whole-home renovation and interior decoration with a focus on timeless sophistication and Southern hospitality.

The design team restored the original heart pine floors, added a custom Butler’s Pantry to accommodate multiple guests, and introduced a bespoke Bourbon Tasting Room for authentic Kentucky flair. A hand-painted mural was reimagined with softer hues and updated landscaping, aligning with the home’s refined, cohesive color palette. The result is a beautifully balanced farmhouse that honors its historic roots while offering all the comfort and polish of modern luxury design.
