Bethany Adams is an award-winning Louisville interior designer and the founder of Bethany Adams Interiors, a full-service residential design studio known for its singular style and commitment to creating homes of enduring value. With a BFA in Interior Design and two decades of experience designing whole-home renovations, historic restorations, additions, and new-builds, Bethany creates sophisticated, highly personalized homes throughout Kentucky, Southern Indiana, Tennessee and the rest of the country.

Her work blends architectural sensitivity with a modern, color-driven approach—resulting in interiors that feel intentional, collected, and deeply livable. Bethany’s designs have been featured in Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, Southern Living, Good Housekeeping, and Homes & Gardens, and she has earned top national industry recognition, including several Interior Design Society (IDS) and American Society of Interior Designer (ASID) awards. She was also a finalist in the prestigious Interior Design Magazine “Best of Year” awards in 2023, and a finalist for the HGTV Designer of the Year Awards in 2025.

With a design ethos rooted in craftsmanship, thoughtful space planning, and respect for historic architecture, Bethany leads clients through every phase of the design process—from early concepts to final installation.
